OBJECTIVES | ||||||||||||
Graduates in Human Resources Management need to be prepared for the professional exercise of Human Resources Management. They also need to be capable of facing challenges both from a national and international perspective, of contributing to the effort of decentralization and reducing the bureaucracy of power structures, of increasing levels of quality of the products and services provided, whilst at the same time guided by the scrupulous respect of strict standards of ethics and civic sense in achieving the organizational objectives. |
